1. Select Animation tool and than click on custom animation below 

2.Select add effect to apply different effects on your presentation, different entrance, emphasis, exit and motion paths can be used in your presentation 

You can use blind, box, checkbox, diamond, flash once, peek in, random bar wipe etc.
